The predecessor of Dalian Keente Pump Industry Co., Ltd. was Dalian Corrosion Resistant Pump No. 3 Factory, which was established in May 1989. In 2002, it was renamed as Dalian Keente Pump Manufacturing Factory. In 2003, it was restructured into a limited company by the Economic Reform Commission of Ganjingzi District, Dalian City. 

The company's production is divided into three workshops, namely, casting workshop, mechanical processing workshop, and assembly workshop. The factory covers an area of 35,000 square meters, the total construction area of the plant is 16,000 square meters, and the office building covers an area of 2,700 square meters.
