Overview
The pumps are centrifugal pumps of vertical, single-stage, single-suction, submerged, cantilevered design, according to API 610 11th.
This series of pumps adopts cantilevered structure, and there is no sliding bearing support in the submerged part. It is suitable for conveying various medium with impurities and solid particles in harsh working conditions.
Application Range
This series of pumps is widely used in metallurgy, municipal sewage, water treatment and other industries. Especially they are suitable in chemical industry acid system, non-ferrous metallurgical industry acid and electrolyte system.
Performance Range
Flow range: 2~2500m3/h
Head range: 5~150m
Applicable temperature: -40~450°C
Structural Features
① With cantilevered design and smaller cantilevered ratio, they make the pump run more smoothly and reliably.
② With no sliding bearing, pumps can be applied in a variety of harsh conditions.
③ With open and thick impeller design, impellers are not easy to be blocked. They are worn- resistant and can have long service life
④ There is no need to maintain and it is easy to operate and maintain.
