Overview

The series of pumps are vertical, single-stage, single-suction submerged centrifugal pumps, and the design standards are ISO 2858 and GB 5656.

This series of pumps has absorbed the advantages of structural design and material selection of submerged pump at home and abroad, making the pump reach the international advanced level. Adopting the latest achievements in the research of international corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant materials, pump is durable and economical.

Application Range

This series of pumps is widely used in metallurgy, petrochemical, fine chemicals and so on. It can transport concentrated sulfuric acid and dry absorption circulation system at various temperatures.

Performance Range

Flow range: 10~2200m3/h

Head range: 15~50m

Applicable temperature: t<110°C (98%H2SO4)

                         t<80°C (93%H2SO4)

Structural Features

① The axial thrust is mainly balanced by the back blades of the impeller, and the residual axial force and the weight of the rotor are supported by the rolling bearing.

② The pump can make full use of its own suction height, and increasing the suction pipe can increase the insertion depth of the pump unit.

③With generalization, high standardization and good interchangeability, it is easy for disassembly and maintenance.

④ For the unique design of sliding bearing structure and material selection, they make operation more reliable and safe.
