Why the mixed flow pump lacks flow
The mixed flow pump drives the liquid to flow through the rotation of the impeller. However, when using the mixed flow pump, sometimes it is found that there is a lack of flow. Of course, in order to ensure the use of the mixed flow pump, we need to deal with this problem:
Generally, the lack of flow of the water pump is mostly caused by the leakage of the suction pipe and the bottom valve; the water inlet is blocked; the water depth of the bottom valve is insufficient; the pump speed is too low; the sealing ring or impeller is too worn; the suction height exceeds the standard.
The solution can be to check the suction pipe and bottom valve of the mixed-flow pump to block the source of air leakage; clean up the sludge or blockage at the inlet of the mixed-flow pump; the depth of the bottom valve is greater than 1.5 times the diameter of the inlet pipe, and the depth of the bottom valve; Power supply voltage, increase pump speed, replace seal ring or impeller, etc. After you understand these methods, you can solve these problems smoothly.
