Keente Pump Co., Ltd. Dalian, originally founded as Dalian Third Corrosion Resistant Pump Factory in May, 1989, was renamed Keente Pump Manufacturing Factory Dalian in 2001 and changed into a limited company by Ganjingzi District System Reformation Committee of Dalian city in 2003.

The company consists of three plants, including Lushun Changling Foundry Shop, which covers a floor area of 7,000sq.m, External Machining Factory, which covers a floor area of 10,000sq.m and main plant which specializes in machining and assembly covering an area of 3,400sq.m. The total building area is up to 25,000sq.m. The head office of the company is located at Qiange Village, Xinzhaizi Town, Ganjingzi District, Dalian, Liaoning, China. The company, engaged in design and manufacturing, is a limited liability company.

The company is composed of foundry branch factory, production dept, supply dept, sales company, quality inspection dept, financial dept, HR dept, machining branch factory, assembly branch factory, technical development & design dept and north institute of pump testing.

The company has a staff of 360, among which there are 68 technical personnels, including 8 with senior title and 20 with medium title as well as 40 technicians.

The annual capacity of the company is RMB 200,000,000 Yuan.

Now the company possesses various equipments as follows: 6 boring machines, 4 sets of vertical lathe with processing diameter more than 1250mm, 18 sets of horizontal lathe with processing diameter more than 630mm, 42 sets of lathe with processing diameter less than 520mm, over 60 sets of other kinds of machines, 4 sets of 500kg MF smelting electric furnace and 2 production & assembly lines. Besides, the pump testing table has a testing capacity of 630kw and below.

The company has a capacity of independently developing and designing various standard and non-standard pumps.

In 1995, the company, awarded the manufacturing license of corrosion-resistant pump by the Ministry of Machine Building, designed the ultra-long axis corrosion-resistant submerged pump which is specially used in transmitting high & deep container and underground channel corrosive liquid. It was approved by the technical expertise of the Science & Technology Department of Dalian, awarded the First Prize of Technical Advancement of Dalian City and qualified as State-Level Product by six relevant departments such as SSTC, State Administration Of Foreign Experts Affairs and People’s Bank of China, etc.

Depending on its particular design such as the double-pivot bearing layout, submerged lubrication pressure-type sliding bearing and flush-type coupling, the rotor system of this kind of pump is stressed more reasonably and the abrasion is extremely slight. Its axis’s deflection radial force and contained angle of the rolling bearing interface are lowered by 26 times less than those of other types of pumps, added with the pressure film effect on the spindle lubrication system from the external pressure, its service life if improved at least one time more than other types of pumps. Even in the most rigorous process conditions, its continuous running life is more than two years (three years of service life in Shanghai Wujing Power Plant). Thus, it has been high regarded and marketed well since it was put into the market and made remarkable economic and social benefit in the same year.

Depending on outstanding performance, the centrifugal sealed pump has been used as the substitute in those operating conditions where packing seal and mechanical seal are not suitable, especially in the after treatment in alkali-making industry, oil refining industry and coking industry, increasing the production efficiency and reducing maintenance cost thanks to its particular properties. After years of deep research and development, this kind of product has successfully come into the phase of industrialized production and obtained national patent, making great contribution to the development of national chemical process pump industry.

The foundry branch factory has an annual capacity of 2,000t quality corrosion-resistant materials and castings made of various cast steel and stainless steel such as 304 (L), 316(L), 904(L), CD4Mcu, 825, HASTELLOY alloy, 28* alloy and titanium products.

The company is Million Profit Enterprise in Liaoning Province, Municipal Regard Contract & Keep Faith Unit and 1995 State-Level New Product Unit, approved by ISO9001 in 2002.
